We offer both drop-off charcuterie services and full-service catering. Our drop-off option is perfect for easy, elegant entertaining, with beautifully prepared charcuterie delivered straight to your location. For a more hands-on experience, our full-service catering includes customized menu planning, on-site setup, service, and cleanup to ensure a seamless event for our clients.

Yes! We travel within Toronto, the GTA, and across Ontario for events located up to 2–3 hours from the city. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward your total cost, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to your event.

Cancellations made two weeks or more prior to the scheduled event date will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee, as we reserve this date specifically for your event and may decline other bookings. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded to you.
Cancellations made within three days of the event will result in a non-refundable deposit.

We ask that clients provide enough table space for their requested spread. If that’s not possible, no worries, we can bring a foldable table for you upon request for a $30 rental fee.

The Gourmet Board team will arrive two/three hours prior to your event to set up and style your spread.
Take-down is the responsibility of the host, but we’re happy to coordinate a convenient time to collect any loaned items, please ensure they are washed before pick-up. All fresh florals provided are yours to keep and enjoy!

We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event, but the earlier, the better! Booking in advance gives us more time to discuss your preferences and create your perfect spread. To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your date about one month ahead.

The table includes a curated selection of cheeses such as parmesan, cheddar, brie, and berry cheese, along with salami, prosciutto, and soppressata. It is complemented with fresh baguettes, breads and varieties of crackers, a selection of seasonal veggies, fruits and berries based on availability and peak freshness. The spread is finished with various dips, honey, and hummus. We also provide complimentary two artificial flower arrangements to style and decorate the table for a polished, elevated look.

Yes! We have some decor items available and can also create fresh floral arrangements through our in-house florist. These are optional extras, so if you’re thinking about adding flowers or other decor, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Absolutely! We love creating boards that reflect your vision, whether it’s a seasonal theme, specific color palette, or favorite ingredients. Just let us know what you have in mind during your inquiry.

We cater to vegetarian and halal preferences. For food allergies, we will do our best to accommodate, but please note that some dishes cannot be modified. To ensure everyone’s safety, kindly disclose all allergies when making your inquiry.

We provide serving utensils only. Plates, cutlery, and other dining utensils are not included.
